Change Delivery Manager
Salary from £48,196 to £55,718 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £62,053 pa inclusive of London allowance
This post is offered on a fixed-term 3-year contract starting from December 2022
The Teaching Quality Assurance and Review Office (TQARO) is seeking applications for a full-time Change Delivery Manager to join our small team of central quality assurance practitioners. The post provides an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the School’s infrastructure and support key processes administered by the Academic Registrar’s Division (ARD). This position will also play an integral role supporting TQARO’s involvement in the Course Selection and Timetabling Change Programme, a major transformational change initiative being delivered as part of the LSE 2030 strategy, with a particular focus on the renewal of LSE’s Curriculum Management system.
The Change Delivery Manager will work with colleagues from across ARD, and the School, to add management and leadership capacity to ‘business as usual’ (BAU) activities, whilst simultaneously planning, facilitating and managing the implementation of changes to systems, processes, policies and skills. This post is the first of several Change Delivery Manager positions being recruited to by ARD this autumn, each of which will support a specific area of work within one or more transformational change project, alongside BAU responsibilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is well organised and with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They should be self-motivated, with effective communication and analytical skills. Experience of project management, university administration, or quality assurance processes in Higher Education would be a distinct advantage.
