Manager, Financial Support

 

 

Salary from £46,100 to £ £53,295 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £59,354 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

 

 

LSE is the world’s leading social sciences institution, established for the betterment of society. Developing LSE for everyone is a key objective of the new LSE 2030 strategy.

 

The Financial Support Office, based in the Academic Registrar’s Division, manages and administers LSE’s £24 million scholarships budget to help ensure that the best students from around the world can benefit from an LSE education, regardless of their means or background. 

 

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Support to lead this professional team and to deliver the School’s generous programme of funding for undergraduate, Master’s and Research students. The post-holder is a key member of the division’s Recruitment and Admissions unit and works closely with the Director of Recruitment and Admissions.

 

The successful candidate should be educated to honours degree or equivalent, and have considerable experience of working in a similar role, including managing teams and budgets. They should have outstanding communication, liaison and organisational skills and possess the ability to work creatively and strategically across an institution.
