Communications and Events Manager

 

Salary from £35,999 to £43,360 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £46,617 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

The Department of Government, a large and vibrant academic unit within the LSE, is seeking to appoint a dedicated, diligent and highly organised Events and Communications Manager. This role will ensure that the Department’s key messages are disseminated effectively to a range of audiences, and effectively manage and publicise the Department’s events programme. This includes implementing, maintaining and updating the Department’s communications strategy, managing external and internal communications for the Department, and developing the Department’s events strategy.

 

Candidates should be educated to degree standard, or equivalent through experience, have experience of managing and marketing programmes of professional events in the Education sector, and have experience of presenting written information accurately and in a clear fashion.
