Executive Assistant to the Director of HR

 

Salary from £28,721 to £33,244 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £35,768 pa inclusive

 

This role offers an opportunity to a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join the HR Division at the heart of a leading global university.  Working closely with the Director of HR, you will provide excellent PA support, manage the Director’s diary on a daily basis and be involved in supporting a number of Divisional projects.

 

Candidates should be highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines. They should also have the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with staff at all levels, demonstrating discretion where appropriate, and to work with a range of people (both internal and external) in support of Divisions goals.  It is essential that they are able to draft correspondence and other documents with accuracy, showing good presentational skills and an eye for detail.
