Events and Administration Assistant

 

Salary is competitive and not less than £25,181 pa

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months

 

LSE Careers is a busy Division, providing careers guidance and employment services for our career-focused students and graduates, and working with organisations across the world to help them recruit from LSE.

 

As the Events and Administration Assistant you will primarily support LSE Careers with our popular events programme, comprising careers fairs, conferences, seminars, networking events and presentations. You will also assist with the Division’s marketing and communications, enquiry handling, data and web work, and other administration as required. This is a great opportunity to work with all staff and functions in a successful and ambitious careers service.

 

You will need to have good organisational skills and high attention to detail, an ability to manage a varied workload and a responsive, flexible attitude. You will be able to follow and apply procedures, have excellent communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
