LSE Fellow in Environment

 

Salary from £35,999 to £43,360 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £46,617 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months

 

 

The Department of Geography and Environment is seeking a full-time LSE Fellow in Environment.  The successful candidate will join one of the world’s leading geography and environment departments, which enjoys very strong international student demand across a wide range of graduate and undergraduate programmes.

 

The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching and administrative duties of the department at undergraduate and postgraduate level in environmental social science and/ or environmental policy, as well as maintain their own research programme.

 

The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant subject or be close to completing it by the post start date.  In addition, the successful candidate will have relevant expertise and a developing research record in a field of environmental social science: in particular, environmental science & policy, environmental geography, environmental regulation and global environmental governance.  Some relevant teaching and assessment experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level is essential.
