The programme of mixed-method research will deliver fine-grained multi-language empirical analysis of patterns of discourse in four former Yugoslav countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Croatia) and advance the study of peacebuilding by generating a theory of justice interactions. The post holder will be expected to collate and analyse social media data and other publicly available text data, and collaborate on organising and running a multi-country survey and a survey experiment.

The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage your own workload and work to tight timescales.  An interest and/or research experience in the fields of transitional justice, peace-building and post-conflict reconstruction would be an advantage, as would demonstrable evidence of innovation and creativity in research.
