Business Partnerships Manager

 

Salary from £43,173 to £49,986 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £56,205 pa inclusive

  

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the world’s foremost social science universities, with an international intake and a global reach. Since its foundation in 1895, LSE has maintained high levels of scholarly achievement, as confirmed by the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise, which awarded LSE the highest percentage of world-leading research of any UK university.

 

LSE Advancement engages with key constituents such as alumni and friends, staff and students, organisations and the wider community to further the strategic aims of the School and to increase philanthropic income for agreed School priorities.

 

The post holder will work as a senior member of the Foundation and Business Partnerships team, developing collaborations between corporate partners and the School. The post-holder will promote LSE’s strengths to companies, develop long-term relationships, and proactively develop and negotiate funding opportunities. They will work closely with the academic community and professional services to develop a business engagement strategy.

 

The successful candidate will have experience in building and maintaining extensive networks and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
