Institute Administrator (Finance and HR)
Salary from £28,241 to £32,689 per annum inclusive.
This is a full-time post for 2 years, in the first instance
The Grantham Research Institute, at LSE, employs two administrators who work closely together to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Institute Directors and Manager. One of our team is now leaving and we are recruiting for a replacement. We are looking for an experienced and pro-active administrator, whose main areas of responsibility will be focussed on maintaining and developing the financial and HR aspects of the Institute.
The Institute Administrator will be responsible for the provision of efficient, professional and proactive secretarial and administrative support including the organisation of Institute events and conferences.
Candidates will be expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong IT skills and evidence of the ability to organise events, manage projects and provide administrative support in this busy research institute.
