Sustainability Projects Officer

  

Salary is from £28,241 to £32,689 p/a inclusive, with potential to progress to £35,170 p/a inclusive.

 

 This is a full-time permanent post. 

 

LSE is recruiting a Sustainability Projects Officer, who will deliver a wide range of initiatives to enhance the environmental sustainability of the university.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to create a positive impact in a stimulating organisation, which has a longstanding commitment to sustainability.

 

Located in the heart of central London, LSE is one of the world’s leading universities.  The Sustainability Projects Officer will be based in the Estates Division, which manages LSE’s central London campus and halls of residence.  Working as a member of the Sustainability Team, the post holder will manage LSE’s ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, deliver engagement and training initiatives to students and staff, and coordinate a range of other projects to deliver LSE’s Environmental Sustainability Policy.

 

Candidates should have experience of environmental project management, outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, and the ability to act as an ambassador for sustainability at LSE among internal and external stakeholders.
