LSE Fellow in Real Estate Economics and Finance

 

Salary from £35,999 to £43,360 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £46,617 pa inclusive

 

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 1 year and is full time 1FTE

 

You will join one of the world’s best-known urban economics groups in a Department which enjoys very strong international student demand across a wide range of graduate and undergraduate programmes.

 

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching in the Department on the MSc in Real Estate Economic and Finance and our executive and online programmes, as well as maintaining their own research programme.  They will also participate in the School and wider Department activities as well as carrying out administrative duties.

 

Candidates should have a PhD in Economics, Economic Geography, Finance (or a related discipline) by the post start date or be close to completing it.  In addition, candidates should have a developing research record in the field of Real Estate Economics and Finance.  Teaching experience at postgraduate level is also essential as well as evidence of a commitment to high quality, innovative teaching and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students.  The other criteria that will be used when shortlisting for this post can be found on the person specification which is attached to this vacancy on the LSE’s online recruitment system.
