Undergraduate Administrator

 

Salary from £30,029 to £34,487 pa with potential to progress to £37,050 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

 

The Department of Geography & Environment is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated individual to administer four Undergraduate programmes and provide administrative support to a number of academic staff.  Your duties will include: acting as a focal point of contact for student and applicant enquiries, managing the examination process including coursework submission and feedback, and working within a team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to staff and students.

 

You must have previous strong administrative experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.  You will be numerate and highly computer literate with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Database systems and e-learning platforms.  A familiarity with UK university procedures is essential.
