LSE Fellow in Environmental Economics

 

Salary from £35,432 to £42,860 pa inclusive of London allowance with potential to progress to £46,117 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment until the 31st December 2019

 

You will join one of the world’s best known groups of Environmental Economists in a Department which enjoys very strong international student demand across a wide range of graduate and undergraduate programmes.

 

The successful candidate will contribute to Departmental teaching at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level as well as maintaining their own research programme and contributing to the Department’s research seminars and meetings.  You will also participate in the School and wider Department activities as well as carrying out administrative duties.

 

Candidates will have:

·         A completed PhD in the field of environmental and resource economics or in a related (and relevant) area of applied economics, by the post start date.

·         A developing research record and expertise in the field of Environmental Economics and/or Resource Economics.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         Some experience of university-level teaching.
