Salary from £31,960 to £36,705 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £39,432 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 2 Years with possibility of extension

 

 

 

 

The Department of Media and Communications is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Graduate Programmes Coordinator to manage the Department’s Undergraduate and Dual Degree education delivery and to lead on all departmental alumni activities.

 

Duties will include acting as administrative lead for the Department’s Undergraduate and Dual Degree programmes and alumni engagement, acting as central point of contact for staff, student and alumni enquiries and working as part of a highly dynamic, energetic team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to all stakeholders.

 

Candidates will be expected to have previous administrative experience with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to a variety of audiences, the ability to work autonomously and manage own workload, and the ability to maintain electronic systems for managing and recording the collection and distribution of student work and feedback. In addition, candidates will be expected to possess excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of e-learning software platforms; and experience of academic administration in a university.
