Salary from £32,890 to £36,052 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,422 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) builds lifelong relationships with alumni, volunteers, donors and partners to support LSE’s mission and global impact.

 

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and organised individual to act as the actual and virtual front door to PAGE, being the welcome host at the Alumni Centre, delivering an exceptional alumni and supporter experience for visitors as well as effectively resolving all inbound enquiries and keeping accurate data records.

 

Candidates should have experience of providing an exceptional level of customer service with excellent communication skills (both written and oral), enquiry management experience via multiple channels and experience of using a database with a high level of accuracy.

 

This is a full time campus-based role and located within the Alumni Centre. The nature of the role means that flexibility will be required to support with events and activities.
