Assistant Professorial Lecturer
Salary is competitive with peer institutions and commensurate with experience, taking into account pay equity within the Department. The salary scale starts at £55,974 per annum (pay award pending) and can be found on the LSE website

The Department of Accounting at LSE invites applications for an Education Career Track appointment.
As an Assistant Professorial Lecturer you will be expected to deliver excellence in course design, delivery and management, inspirational teaching, a demonstrable contribution to student learning and advice, and a strong contribution to departmental educational, administrative and collegial activities. The post holder will teach and develop Accounting courses and have a lead role in providing academic mentoring to our large undergraduate student cohort.
Your substantial knowledge of Accounting will be evidenced by at least a Masters degree or PhD in Accounting or related area. Candidates for this post should also have relevant work experience in the area of Accounting as well as a strong commitment to the teaching of Accounting, particularly at undergraduate level. Furthermore, a commitment to high quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students is essential.
