Graduate Internship: Digital Communications Graduate Intern

Salary £32,135 (pro rata) pa inclusive of London allowance

This is a full time, fixed term appointment for 3 months

This position is open to LSE graduates within the past 24 months, both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Applicants must have fully graduated with all course requirements complete. The Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method and Centre for Philosophy of Natural and Social Science are looking for a Digital Communications Intern to join our team for a 3-month project. This exciting and unique role will support the migration of our departmental website from WordPress to Contensis, enhancing the student experience by making information more accessible and user-friendly. The project also includes the migration of the CPNSS website from the current Contensis system to the School’s new template. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for communications, digital content and web development, looking to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate content from WordPress to Contensis, ensuring format consistency and content accuracy.

• Assist in redesigning the website’s structure to improve navigation and overall user experience.

• Implement web accessibility standards, making sure the site is inclusive and accessible to all users.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve migration issues, including broken links and formatting inconsistencies.

• Document project progress and coordinate with the Marketing and Communications Manager and LSE’s Digital Communications team to ensure project milestones are met and brand guidelines are implemented.
