The Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity (AFSEE) programme provides a transformational fellowship experience to social change leaders committed to understanding and challenging the root causes of inequality. We’re looking for a proactive, experienced and highly organised Administrator to provide comprehensive, cross-cutting support to the programme’s core functions.

The Administrator will provide high-level administrative, operational and logistical support to the programme. The post-holder will coordinate administrative systems and processes and provide logistical support to our events as well as targeted support to the Director. Required skills and experience include: previous experience of working in an administrative role, exceptional organisation skills and the ability to devise and implement effective office management systems, excellent IT skills, the ability to plan and organise a varied workload and to think one step ahead. The ideal post-holder will be an adaptable, friendly and supportive team member.

As part of a compact team, the Administrator will support the wider aims of AFSEE, acting as representative of the programme and LSE. This is an exciting position for an individual looking to apply and grow their experience of global programme management and coordination. We encourage those who have a commitment to and interest in the area of inequalities, social change, civil society or international development to apply.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
