Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

As part of our new student recruitment strategy, we are appointing a number of important new roles across our Recruitment and Admissions team, where this post is located. Our new strategy sets out LSE’s increased commitment to attracting a truly global and diverse range of students, and it is vital that we convey this message through our digital marketing and events. 

 

The Digital Marketing Officer is a new role that will support the expanding Student Marketing team with delivering the objectives outlined in the new strategy, driving high-quality applications from a wider range of markets whilst capitalising on the capabilities of the organisation’s Salesforce CRM. 

 

The Student Marketing team has primary responsibility for: 

 

·       Student marketing campaigns and collateral – Management of student marketing channels and campaigns to deliver prospective student (lead) generation targets for Home and International students, including those for diversity and access. 

 

·       CRM - Implementation and operation of the CRM system throughout the student journey, including digital event management. 

 

·       Market Research and Intelligence (MRI) – Providing insight into customers, markets, competition and sector best practice, and using this intelligence to inform and influence plans and approaches across the School. 

 

 

Candidates must have:  

 

·       Experience of working with a Content Management System (CMS) and an understanding of existing and emerging website technology 

·       Experience of website development and enhancement

·       Experience of making effective use of digital marketing tools and techniques such as campaign tracking, Google Analytics and Moz
