Salary from £50,606 to £58,505 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £65,157 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Head of Programme Delivery is central to the success of the Law School. The postholder will manage the Programmes Team to ensure that the smooth, efficient and timely administration of teaching runs efficiently and effectively, in support of both the student experience and high-quality administration for academic staff. They will hold strategic responsibility for the delivery of the Law School LLB and LLM degrees to ensure the delivery of a comparable, consistent and comprehensive experience for students throughout the student lifecycle from pre-arrival and induction through teaching and assessment to graduation.
Candidates should have:
- Substantial and relevant previous administrative experience in a Higher Education environment, preferably in a premium fee teaching environment extensive experience of managing and developing staff
- Experience of working collaboratively with academic staff
- Experience of planning and delivery new initiatives that positively improve the student experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making
- A flexible, outcomes-focused approach
