Salary from £50,606 to £58,505 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £65,157 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 2.5 years

 

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social science

universities in the world, with a global reach and an international student intake. Student Services plays a central role in LSE’s central administration and our Student Service Centre (SSC), where the post is based, offers mission critical functions that are fundamental to the student experience and educational journey.

 

This new challenging but rewarding post is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in Higher Education administration.  You will be committed to providing an outstanding level of student focused service in the support of some of the School’s most important change projects.  As Change Delivery Manager, you will work with colleagues from across ARD, and the School, to add management and leadership capacity to ‘business as usual’ (BAU) activities, whilst simultaneously planning, facilitating and managing the implementation of changes to systems, processes, policies and skills for a range of transformational projects in co-ordination with the ARD Management Team.  To do so, the post holder will work side by side and in partnership with all relevant business as usual managers.  The primary focus of the role will be the Course Selection and Timetabling Project (CSTP), and also supporting when required the Progression, Exams, Assessments, Results and Award (PEARA) Project.

 

You will be a motivated, effective communicator; possessing strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You will be able to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues on a daily basis.  Previous experience within Higher Education administration or, alternatively, working in a relevant change/enhancement project environment is essential.  A working knowledge of the SITS database is desirable.

 

This is a 2.5 year fixed term post, with the possibility of a further extension.
