Impact Manager
Salary from £36,647 to £44,140 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £47,456 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment for 40 months, with possible extension until February 2024, subject to funding
The UKRI GCRF Gender, Justice and Security Hub is a five year project working at the overlap of three major policy fields: Sustainable Development Goal 5 on gender equality; goal 16 on peace, justice and strong institutions; and the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security agenda. At LSE the Hub is housed in the Centre for Women, Peace and Security.
The postholder will play a vital role in the development and management of knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement and impact processes to maximise the influence of Hub research. A primary role of the postholder will be to design, organise and manage an ambitious programme of multi-day Conventions in Hub focus countries including Sri Lanka, Uganda and Colombia.
Candidates should have experience of identifying, supporting and developing knowledge exchange and impact activities, and of organising complex events. They must have a proven ability to deliver results by working collaboratively with highly effective partnership and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with partners in the global south would an advantage, as would working within a monitoring and evaluation framework in a development or research context.
