 Postgraduate Programmes Manager

Salary is competitive and not less than £37,197  pa inclusive of London allowance

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months and it is open on a secondment basis

The LSE Department of Health Policy seeks to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Departmental Professional Services Team. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the delivery of our MSc and PhD programmes - from admission to graduation, acting as a focal point for student and staff enquiries, and leading and managing the Postgraduate Programme Administrators. This is a role which will require you to deliver first class experience for all students, organise and prioritise your workload efficiently, actively set and contribute to the achievement of the team’s objectives and be committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of your work. The post will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Higher Education. 

You will have relevant experience of working in Higher education, previous experience of programme management would be an advantage. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential, as it is the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver a high-quality level of support. You will be proactive in seeking solutions and taking initiative to drive improvement.
