Alumni and Employer Relations Officer
(Fixed term until 31 December 2026)
Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance. This is a fixed term contract, ending on 31 December 2026.
The Department of Management at LSE equips students with the skills and ideas to solve complex challenges by informing and inspiring a profound understanding of management, so our graduates can drive positive change in business and society.
We are currently seeking a highly-committed Alumni and Employer Relations Officer to help us increase the scale and impact of our engagement with alumni, employers, external organizations, and students to drive the Department’s vision and goals.
Working with staff, students, external partners, and alumni from all backgrounds and over 140 countries, the post-holder play a key role in managing and executing an exciting programme of events and activities that support the success and lifelong learning of our stakeholders. The post-holder will lead on our communications channels (including social media), event logistics, and be a key liaison with our various audiences. They will maintain our calendar of events, databases and help to produce KPI reports. This comes with the opportunity to attend interesting and educational events and meet inspiring speakers from a variety of backgrounds.
This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment, and candidates should have experience of working with alumni, employers, students or similar stakeholder communities and the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships. We are seeking a strong team player with excellent communication skills, scrupulous attention to detail and a proven ability to lead projects from initial concept through to delivery.
