Digital Marketing and CRM Manager
Salary from £43,277 - £51,714 pa with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance
We’re seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to lead the technical and performance driven aspects of our digital marketing ecosystem. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a strong digital background who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on within a lean, fast-moving team.
The position requires a self-starter with excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills. The post holder will be able to demonstrate a track record of leading on the digital marketing and CRM strategy, driving SEO and AIO plans that deliver results, and using data and insights effectively to improve performance across all digital channels. The post holder will join a team of 10 driven marketing, recruitment and student experience professionals and will be instrumental in delivering on ambitious plans across the Extended Education division’s programmes. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
- Lead on the digital marketing and CRM strategy for the division, taking ownership of website performance, optimisation and user experience
- Establish best practices across digital channels and CRM
- Use data and insight to continually improve performance and user experience
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to take a data led approach to campaigns and drive enrolments to our programmes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong technical understanding of websites and CMS platforms, including content management, site structure, accessibility and performance optimisation
- Expertise in SEO and AI-driven optimisation (AIO), including SEO, on-page optimisation, search intent analysis and performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of audience nurture journeys, segmentation and marketing automation workflows
