Salary from £36,008 to £40,991 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £43,854 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years

  

A chance to assist in the administration and delivery of LSE’s public events programme, which is made up of around 150 events each academic year with high profile speakers including academics, senior politicians and public figures, as well as a series of music concerts.  You would be based in the Events Team which sits within the Communications Division.

 

Candidates should have:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external users at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use initiative to solve day to day queries and problems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and motivate other staff.
  • Experience of organising large scale events.
