Salary from £50,606 to £58,505 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £65,157 pa inclusive of London allowance. 

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 3 years

The Research Management and Infrastructure Programme is a multi-year transformative programme that will underpin the delivery of the LSE 2030 strategy through Priority 2: Research for the World, providing strategic change to build an integrated infrastructure supported by robust systems, services and processes for researchers, professional services staff and management across the research and innovation lifecycle, enabling world-class research across the breadth of the social sciences.

 

As Business Change Manager, you will work in parallel with the programme team to shape, manage and deliver this transformational change. You will be responsible for the long-term management of all aspects of the change delivered by the Programme, in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders across the LSE community.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

·       Understand the importance of supporting people through change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Have experience of working with cross-functional teams across organisational boundaries and motivating them towards a common goal aligned with the organisation’s core values and strategic aims.

·       Be a highly skilled communicator with a history of successful stakeholder engagement to build trusted partnerships.

·       Have the ability to create, work to and adapt change plans to meet the needs of the programme and those impacted by the change.

 

LSE is a campus-based university and staff are expected to attend the London campus in fulfilling their role. For this particular role, the postholder will be required to attend campus periodically as and when required.
