Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

LSE Careers is dedicated to supporting our students and recent alumni in all aspects of their career planning and professional development. Offering an extensive programme of events and activities to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, we are committed to delivering work to a high professional standard and continually enhancing and developing the services we offer.

 

We are seeking to recruit a Careers Education Manager (CEM) to oversee activities aimed at developing career management and professional skills among LSE students and alumni.

 

Support the Head of Careers Education in the design and planning of careers education within academic departments and as part of the centrally delivered core offer, including one-on-one appointments, events and workshops. They collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Students’ Union, SLPD, and PAGE to enhance professional development initiatives.

 

The Careers Education Managers lead, in collaboration, a team of careers consultants, managing their workload, performance, and professional development.

 

Candidates should have previous experience of working in a role involving careers education within a higher education or similar environment, the ability to manage, motivate and support team members and experience of proactively developing services or processes to improve the design and delivery of activities.
