Graduate Programmes Administrator
Salary is competitive and not less than £30,570 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term secondment opportunity for one year
The Department of Geography & Environment is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated coordinator to manage three MSc programmes in addition to providing administrative support to a number of academic staff. Your duties will include: acting as a focal point of contact for student and applicant enquiries, managing the examination process and working within a highly competent, energetic team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to staff and students.
You must have previous administrative experience and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be numerate and highly computer literate with a high level of proficiency in Excel and e-learning platforms; a familiarity with UK university procedures is essential.
