Graduate Programmes Coordinator

 

Salary from £31,029 to £35,635 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,283 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

 

 

 

The Department of Media and Communications is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Graduate Programmes Coordinator to manage the quality assurance, regulation and assessment of all taught graduate programmes run by the Department.

 

Duties will include acting as administrative lead for Departmental assessment and regulation processes, including all MSc assessment and course/programme regulations, acting as contact point for staff and student enquiries, and working as part of a highly dynamic, energetic team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to staff and students.

 

Candidates will be expected to have previous administrative experience with excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to plan and organise their own workload, and the ability to maintain accurate records. In addition, candidates will be expected to possess excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Excel and e-learning platforms; and a familiarity with UK higher education procedures.
