Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

The LSE Department of Health Policy aims to advance knowledge and understanding of health care systems through undertaking post-graduate and executive teaching, and through research and scholarship at the highest international quality standards to the benefit of the international and national health policy community.

 

The postholder will ensure the effective delivery of executive programmes in the Department of Health Policy, overseeing all aspects of programme administration and operations. They will act as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and external stakeholders, manage a small team, and work closely with programme directors on planning, marketing, and recruitment. As a senior member of the professional services team, they will contribute to programme strategy and foster a culture of inclusion and effective collaboration.

 

Candidates should have:

·        Relevant work experience in higher education including programme administration and management.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt content and style to specific audiences.

·        The ability to act as a key authoritative interface between the Department and a wide range of academic and professional services staff across the School.

·        A strong commitment to continuous improvement and to delivering excellent service to students and stakeholders.
