Content Producer (education innovation)
Salary from £43,277to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years
The LSE Eden Centre brings together educational, technological and developmental expertise to support the development of academic staff and enable curriculum enrichment and digital innovation across the School.
This post will work as part of the Eden Centre for Education Enhancement team to develop and execute compelling content strategies that showcase educational innovations and best practice across LSE. The role focuses on creating and managing a regular feed of accessible, engaging content that enable academics to learn from each other's approaches to teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development, with a particular focus on generative AI in education. Working within the School's education and student experience strategic priorities, the postholder will advise on effective approaches for capturing and sharing practice, build relationships with academic departments, and contribute to the School's communications and engagement strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least an undergraduate qualification in digital media, communications, journalism, film production or related field, OR equivalent professional experience in multimedia content production.
· Substantial professional experience producing high-quality digital media including video, audio, multimedia content and online materials.
· Demonstrable storytelling and narrative development skills with portfolio evidence of executing an engaging content strategy for professional or educational audiences.
· Excellent interviewing and facilitation skills with the ability to draw out compelling stories and insights from subject matter experts.
