Senior Digital Skills Service Delivery Manager
Salary from £63,370 to £73,163 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £80,927 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment until 31 July 2028
The Digital Skills Lab (DSL) supports digital fluency within the LSE community through a range of opportunities to develop digital skills in a practical and engaging way. The Senior Digital Skills Service Delivery Manager will work the Head to provide strategic leadership and oversee operational activity to transform and expand the digital skills support and development programmes for staff and students at LSE, with particular focus on the opportunities presented by generative AI.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience managing an L&D function, ideally within an HE
- Familiarity with risks and opportunities afforded by AI/ML applications in education and skills
- Experience in supporting your own staff and/or wider institutional groups through periods of change, ideally in the realm of digital transformation
