Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,730 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

Full-time, Monday-Thursday office-based in London with the option to work from home on a Friday subject to the role’s requirement

The Senior Executive Assistant is an integral role within the Chief Philanthropy and Global Engagement Officer’s Office, responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks with discretion, navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role holder will match the energy and ambition of the Chief Philanthropy and Global Engagement Officer, one of the most prominent and experienced leaders in higher education fundraising and a member of the LSE School Management Committee. The Senior Executive Assistant will be line managed by PAGE’s Senior Executive Officer and will support them in all areas of their work for the Division and the Chief Officer.

 

Candidates should have extensive experience working in the following areas:

·         Secretarial/administrative experience at a senior level with a focus on complex diary management, travel arranging and financial administration

·         Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills in dealing with prominent external contacts and colleagues at all levels of the organization

·         Highly organised and ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines with discretion.
