Senior Business Analyst
Salary from £53,204 to £61,301 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £68,119 pa inclusive of London allowance

LSE is embarking on an ambitious programme to transform the digital education experience across the institution. Digital Education Futures will deliver key elements of the LSE 2030 strategy through new and improved solutions and practices. The 3-year programme will create a digitally rich education environment, encompassing assessment, virtual and physical teaching spaces, staff and student support, new teaching methods, and emerging technologies.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will elicit and present detailed requirements for individual project/s (within the programme) and build the requirements catalogue. You will be responsible for liaising and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across School to deliver comprehensive information on current state and future state. You will work with a project delivery team from across multiple disciplines to deliver business analysis whilst adherence to project delivery governance.
The successful candidate will:
· Have experience of working closely with programme and project managers, team members and stakeholders to clarify scope and deliverables for programmes/projects.
· Be able to gather and interpret user requirements and produce viable user-centric solutions in accordance with regulatory requirements and School policies and procedures.
· Have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to lead, manage, coach and/or mentor staff as required.
· Have a readiness to challenge the status quo and proactively identify and solve problems, including a willingness to understand issues beyond the boundaries of the project.
LSE is a campus-based university and staff are expected to attend the London campus in fulfilling their role. For this particular role, we can accept applications from all parts of the UK, provided the applicant is able to travel periodically to the London campus.
