Research Innovation Manager (two posts)
Salary from £46,100 pa to £53,295 pa with potential to progress to £59,354 pa inclusive of London allowance
LSE is a leading social sciences institution with some of the greatest global impact. Our researchers are world-leading thinkers on critical issues, and our mission is the better of society. As part of a major initiative at the heart of the LSE 2030 strategy, we are building a new team dedicated to maximising the School’s impact through research commercialisation. We are seeking two Research Innovation Managers to work at the heart of the team, dedicated to supporting the commercialisation of research ideas and creating the commercialisation ecosystem.
The successful candidates should be educated to honours degree or equivalent with strong experience in industry and/or university knowledge exchange and commercialisation; should understand legal and technical aspects of the complete commercialisation process from idea to application and should have an in-depth knowledge of the UK translational funding landscape and an understanding of business and investor interests.
