Graduate Internship: Marketing and Communications Officer

 

Salary is competitive and not less than £29,240 pa inclusive of London allowance (pro rata)

 

This is a full time, fixed term appointment for 3 months (subject to extension based on funding)

This position is open to LSE graduates within the past 24 months, both at the
undergraduate or postgraduate level. Applications from current students will not be considered.

The European Institute (EI) is seeking a highly motivated, efficient and hardworking individual to join our professional services team. The post-holder will work closely with the Institute Manager and Head of External Engagement and Communications on several initiatives, including producing a new Marketing and Student Recruitment Strategy, developing new ways of reaching potential applicants to the department, developing a new marketing brochure, and reviewing offer holder contact and assisting with the EI’s Offer Holder engagement week.

 

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. You should also have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with colleagues in different areas of work and in varying degrees of authority. You will be computer literate with the ability to use the Microsoft suite of products and possess the ability to conduct research and apply findings in a practical setting.

 

This role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop their career in Higher Education, or in marketing and promotions.
