Assistant Professor in Accounting

Salaries will be on the appropriate salary scale and will be commensurate with experience, taking into account pay equity within the Department.

The salary scale starts at £58,519 per annum plus an additional market supplement. The salary scale can be found on the LSE Website.

The Department of Accounting at LSE invites applications from outstanding candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in Accounting.

Candidates will have:

·         A completed PhD, or be close to obtaining a PhD, in accounting, or related area, by the post start date.

·         A clear, well developed and viable strategy for outstanding research that has the potential to result in leading publications in accounting.

·         Ability to teach accounting at under- and post-graduate level, ideally evidenced by prior experience in teaching.

The appointment is expected to commence no later than 1 September 2023.
