Salary from £26,208 to £29,519 pa with potential to progress to  £31,186 pa inclusive of London allowance (pay award pending)

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 4 months

 

 LSE Careers is dedicated to supporting our students and recent alumni in all aspects of their career planning and professional development. Offering an extensive programme of events and activities to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, we are committed to delivering work to a high professional standard and continually enhancing and developing the services we offer.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Engagement and Internships Administrator to join our friendly and proactive Employer Engagement team. You will manage our department funded and graduate internship programmes and support with other programmes and employer engagement activity. You will be proactively reaching out to employers in the marketplace as well as looking internally, working with departments to create bespoke programmes.

 

You will support with designing and implementing activities that support student learning and active engagement with employers to compliment the wider LSE Careers offer. The activities you oversee will focus on empowering personal and professional growth of students through work experience initiatives such as internships, consultancy projects, innovation challenges, hackathons, work-shadowing and employer networking. You will play a key role within the wider Employer Engagement team in supporting the delivery of our employer services.

 

You should be confident multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to quickly analyse client needs and refer to feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving student, alumni and employer engagement with our services. We need someone with excellent organisational skills, outstanding communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
