Role available to part-time or full-time applicants

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support in delivering projects aimed at extending the functionality of our Salesforce CRM platform, SPEAR. SPEAR is used to cater for a wide range of business functions at the IGC but is principally centred around a core grant management function.

You will be working with a small in-house team to design and deliver new functionality from our development backlog (with no and low-code solutions strongly preferred), while also providing ongoing system maintenance and second-line support to end users. We offer flexibility in terms of remote working options and are also open to both part-time and full-time applicants for the role. The IGC is based at the LSE campus in central London, and you may be asked to travel to the office for workshops and meetings from time to time, if working remotely. You will be reporting to the IGC’s Head of Systems, Data and Knowledge Management.

You should be an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer, with prior experience of designing and implementing declarative solutions via the Salesforce platform (an understanding of the limitations of no code solutions will also be useful). You will have demonstrable experience building and maintaining applications within a Salesforce context, a good understanding of fundamental Salesforce architectural principles, and ideally hold at least one Salesforce certification.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
