HR Analyst, Information and Systems    

 

Salary from £31,029 to £35,635 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,283 pa inclusive of London allowance

The HR Division supports all people management activities within the school and provides advice and support to its diverse customer base of circa 3,500 employees.

 

The HR Systems and Information team are responsible for providing high quality internal and national statistical reporting and maintaining the school’s HR Systems, including ResourceLink (HR & Payroll), MyView (Employee Self-Service) and Engage (E-Recruitment).  Reporting to the HR Manager, Information & Systems, the core focus of this role is to provide high quality management information and systems development within the HR Division and for the School. The HR Analyst provides day-to-day system troubleshooting, scopes out system improvements with our system suppliers and works with HR colleagues to guarantee the quality of the data held on our systems. The HR Analyst plays an integral role in our HESA staff submission, works with key stakeholders to improve and streamline HR processes, and maintains HR reports using our BI tool, Business Objects.  

 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR Systems (ideally with an in-depth knowledge of Leave Management modules), building descriptive reports using HR data and be able to convey clear instructions and explanations to a variety of stakeholders on complex issues. Experience developing dashboards in data visualisation tools such as Tableau would be advantageous.
