We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with significant experience in fundraising successfully from trusts and foundations to join our 80-strong Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) division as it engages with individuals and organisations around the world in support of LSE’s strategic priorities.
For more than 125 years, LSE’s pioneering research has improved lives, reduced poverty, and expanded the frontiers of human knowledge. The School counts 18 Nobel prize winners among its alumni and staff; 40 international leaders, past and present, across 27 countries; and 17 young entrepreneurs featured in Forbes ‘30 under 30’ in the past three years. Already ranked a top 5 global university for social sciences, our ambitious LSE 2030 strategy aims to position the School as being the leading social science institution with the greatest global impact.
To deliver on this, LSE recently launched a major public philanthropic campaign – Shaping the World – aiming to raise at least £350 million from our global community of supporters. We are well on our way to achieving this, having passed the £250m milestone. There couldn’t be a better moment to join us!
