Communications and Marketing Officer
Salary from £31,029-£35,635 p.a. inclusive, with potential to progress to £38,283 pa inclusive
The Department of Health Policy seeks to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and data-focused Communications and Marketing Officer to support the Communications and Marketing Manager in the operational delivery of the Department’s communications and marketing strategies and activities. You will have a leading role in our student recruitment and brand positioning for the full portfolio of full-time and executive programmes, enhancing the programmes’ performance and market positon.
The successful candidate will be an experienced communications and marketing professional with substantial experience of student recruitment within the Higher Education sector. Experience within the health sector and/or executive education is desirable but not essential. They will have outstanding stakeholder management skills, strong track record in creating and delivering integrated marketing solutions and demonstrable outstanding data interpretation and analysis skills, with proven evidence of turning analytic insights into business actions. They will have the demonstrable ability to plan on a long term basis; excellent communications skills including clarity and accuracy of writing; and IT skills extending to creative software and content management packages.
This post would suit an ambitious individual wishing to progress in their career in communications and marketing in the HE sector.
