Video Producer

Salary from £43,277 to £51,714 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Film and Audio team plays a vital role in showcasing the School’s research, leadership and achievements through compelling multimedia content for a range of audiences.

We are looking for a creative video producer who can lead the creation of high-quality corporate and promotional video content that marks key moments in the academic calendar and celebrates LSE’s impact.

Reporting directly to the Head of Film and Audio, you will work within the Communications Division on flagship LSE video content. The role will involve:

• Producing video messages from the LSE President and the Senior Management Committee (including filming, editing, colour-correcting, adding motion graphics and captions)

• Contributing to project teams in order to plan, produce and deliver complex, effective and engaging video and audio content of strategic importance to the School

• Creating multiple deliverables tailored for different platforms (social, LSE website, conferences and events)

Candidates should have:

• Experience of delivering complex corporate video and audio projects of strategic importance, meeting the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.

• Ability to use and experience of filmmaking with both Sony A7 and broadcast cameras
•  Ability to direct senior leadership to get the best out of them during filming.
