  •  Experience managing digital support enquiries, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution tracking and communicating effectively with staff, students and content editors.
  •  A proactive approach to digital service improvement, with the ability to identify recurring issues, improve workflows and processes, and develop practical guidance and ways of working.
  •  Experience supporting digital projects and workstreams, including planning and delivery, and working with internal teams and external suppliers to implement digital and technical updates.
  •  Experience using analytics and insight tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to monitor performance, produce reports and inform improvements.
