Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Apprentice)
Salary £26,888 pa - £27,030 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed-term appointment for 18 months
The Estates Division are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Apprentice) to undertake general administrative duties. This is a junior role within the team, offering you plenty of opportunity to learn from experienced staff around you.
As a member of the administrative team, you will have dedicated responsibility for meeting and greeting visitors to the Estates office; answering incoming phone calls; distributing post; printing, collating and binding documents; preparing refreshments for meetings; booking meeting rooms; unpacking deliveries and other duties as required.
This role involves working within a large multi-disciplinary team and a pro-active, helpful and calm attitude will ensure your success in this role. You will be confident working with computers and have a good command of the English language.
- Candidates should be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (level A-C). You should have the ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing in the English language to a good level and have the ability to remain calm and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- The ideal candidate would have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people in person, on the telephone and in writing. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a commitment to training and studying while in this role.
