Salary from £38,313 to £46,148 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £49,614 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

 

Established in 2022, the 100x Impact Accelerator identifies, invests in, and accelerates the most promising social enterprises that are addressing the world’s most pressing social problems. Based in the London School of Economics and anchored with a £50 million philanthropic gift, the 100x Impact Accelerator aims to leverage the research within the LSE to identify critical gaps and levers within pressing social sectors, and then find social enterprises with solutions to those problems.

 

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the full delivery and management of a first-of-its-kind venture acceleration programme for social enterprises (non-profit and for-profit), working with other members of the Accelerator team to guarantee a high-quality social enterprise experience from programme enrolment through to completion. The role will involve managing a world-class structured accelerator programme responsive to the needs of social ventures, sourcing and liaising with delivery partners, providing tailored coaching and support to social enterprises.

 

Candidates should have:

·        Substantial relevant work experience in accelerators/incubators/similar venture programmes, design/venture building studios, and/or social impact investment environments.

·        Experience in managing high-profile events with moving pieces and organising conferences or events.

·        The ability to manage a varied workload, coordinate a range of tasks and activities, and to prioritise a range of tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines.

·        The ability to adopt a proactive approach and use own initiative by suggesting new mechanisms to develop the programme.

 

For this role we offer hybrid working with the expectation being 60% on-campus working and 40% homeworking. During busy periods, for example when ventures are around, the post holder could be required to work on campus 100%.
