Market Research and Intelligence Officer (Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover)

 

Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa, with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

 

This is a fixed term appointment for 9 months

As part of our new student recruitment strategy, we have appointed several important new roles across our Recruitment and Admissions team, where this post is located. Our new strategy sets out LSE’s increased commitment to attracting a truly global and diverse range of students, and it is vital that this strategy is informed by high-quality market insight.

 

The Market Research and Intelligence Officer is a refreshed role, updated as part of the new student recruitment strategy. The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of excellent market research and intelligence on behalf of the School, as well as its impact on policy and decision making.

 

The Market Research and Intelligence team has primary responsibility for providing insight on our students, markets, competition, and sector best practice. The team uses this evidence to inform and influence plans and approaches across the School.

 

Candidates must have:

 

  • Experience of delivering market research and intelligence reports 

 

·         Experience of developing and delivering persuasive and data-driven business cases

 

·         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 

·         Ability to write concise reports and papers for a wide range of audiences, including committees and senior decision-makers
