Programmes Coordinator (Alumni, Undergraduate & Dual Degrees)

Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Department of Media and Communications is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Graduate Programmes Coordinator to manage the Department’s Undergraduate and Dual Degree education delivery and to lead on all departmental alumni activities.

Duties will include acting as administrative lead for the Department’s Undergraduate and Dual Degree programmes and alumni engagement, acting as central point of contact for staff, student and alumni enquiries and working as part of a highly dynamic, energetic team to provide excellent service delivery, across a range of activities, to all stakeholders.

Candidates will be expected to have demonstrable administrative experience, experience of academic administration in a university, excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to a variety of audiences and the ability to work with limited supervision and to use own initiative, especially when organising the collection of information from various sources to meet deadlines. In addition, candidates will be expected to possess attention to detail and careful proofing, to maintain accuracy of all work, especially during the examination process.
