LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university
The School is pleased to announce that it will be introducing the anonymisation of job applications for all professional services staff at the end of October 2019.
From 31 October 2019, the LSE online E-recruitment system will automatically anonymise job application forms for all professional services staff.
The areas that will be anonymised will be: Title, forename, surname, address, email address and contact phone numbers.
Applicants will only be identified by their candidate number. Applicants will no longer be able to upload their CV. Instead we have developed an online application form with the ability for applicants to provide a supporting statement where they can demonstrate how they meet the requisite criteria for the role.
Applicant details will only be revealed once an interview slot has been confirmed.
These changes do not apply to academic, research or teaching positions. Please visit the ‘How to Apply’ document for professional services staff.
